I am an integrative counsellor able to hold and support my clients whilst they focus on their issues

I draw from person centred/psychodynamic and CBT training to help clients focus on issues that are causing them discomfort and distress today. We work through issues to draw light on patterns/behaviours that no longer serve. Allowing each client autonomy to work at their own pace and with their chosen direction in mind always. My clients are always at the centre of our work together. If the path is difficult, I am there to navigate through together and once through the path opens up.

I offer a free 15/20 minute phone call, to see if we are a good match.

Fees

£55 per session. I do offer reductions for keyworker (nhs, police, teachers etc)
Counselling students and those where barrier to help is limited by costs, so please enquire if this is you. I dont always have space, but a waiting list is always available.
